Acute Otitis Media

Acute otitis media is a common ear infection characterized by
inflammation and fluid buildup behind the eardrum, often causing ear
pain, fever, and hearing difficulties. It's typically caused by bacterial or
viral infections and may require antibiotics or pain relievers for
treatment.

Please note: Under the Pharmacy First scheme, treatment for acute otitis media can only be provided for children under 5 years of age.
